Subprocessors
To deliver our services we engage a small number of third parties that process personal data on our behalf. These parties are called subprocessors. On this page we keep track of who they are, what we use them for and which data is involved — so you can see exactly who may come into contact with your data.
We have a data processing agreement (GDPR, Article 28) with every subprocessor. They process data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. Where a party processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cloudflare
Hosting, content delivery (CDN), DNS and protection against abuse and bots (Turnstile). All traffic to our site passes through Cloudflare.
- Data processed: IP address and technical request data, plus contact-form data in transit.
- Location: global network (US/EU), under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Anthropic
The AI designer. When you use the design flow and chat, we process your input to generate design suggestions and website designs.
- Data processed: the text and choices you enter in the design flow and chat, and the generated output.
- Retention: typically up to 30 days; input and output are not used to train models.
- Location: US, under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Resend
Email delivery. We use Resend to deliver the messages you send through the contact form to us.
- Data processed: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Location: US, under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google Analytics
Anonymous website statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is measured without your consent.
- Data processed: pseudonymous usage statistics; consent defaults to denied (Consent Mode v2).
- Location: US/EU, under Standard Contractual Clauses.

WhatsApp (Meta)
Optional contact channel. Only applies if you choose to message us via WhatsApp.
- Data processed: your phone number and the content of your message.
- Location: US/EU, under Meta's privacy policy.

Changes
