AI designer and Anthropic

When you use our AI designer, we process the information you enter in the design flow and chat to create suggestions, sketches and website designs. This input and the generated output are processed through Anthropic’s commercial API for this purpose. Echo Sierra Studio determines the purpose of this processing; Anthropic acts as a processor for this API processing.

Anthropic does not use inputs or outputs from commercial API services to train generative models unless we explicitly opt in. Under its standard retention policy, Anthropic deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, subject to exceptions including abuse prevention and legal obligations. Do not enter special-category or other sensitive personal data that is not needed for your website design. AI designer processing is separate from your analytics-cookie choice: when you choose to use the AI designer, we process your input to provide that requested service.

Our website may link to external site that are not operated by us. Please note that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
